This is a fantastic new role for a Senior Event Manager/ Event Director to join a hugely successful event management and production company in Kuwait. Delivering a mix of conferences and meetings, award ceremonies and exciting new product launches, FIVE LEVELS Events Management & Production Company is a key player in the events industry in Kuwait.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

*Overseeing event delivery

*Liaising with internal procurement, production and creative teams

*Collating proposals and pitching

*Developing and mentoring Event Coordinators

*Maintaining key client relationships

*Streamlining processes and monitoring reports

*Onsite management

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

We are looking for an experience, talented and ambitious individual who has a passion for events and a thorough understanding of events industry, including technical aspects of the events production.

You will be an enthusiastic team player with great organisational and people skills.

This position will involve plenty of hands-on management as well as covering the administrative and financial aspects of our business.

Unlike some event companies, we carry out all aspects of the event, including: 
sales & marketing, accounting, organising venues, theming & production, entertainment, procurement, staffing and much more.

You will have previous operational event experience together with office experience.

You will be efficient and manage your time well.

Attention to detail is essential as well as strong interpersonal skills as you will be working with many different clients and suppliers.
