There are three types of business organizations conducting business in Thailand:
A Private Limited Company (Co., Ltd.):
-The reservation of a company name
-Memorandum of Association
-Three promoters
-Minimum capital of 1 million Baht
-Tax registration
An ordinary partnership:
-A minimum of two persons sharing unlimited liability for all the company’s obligations
-A registration is not mandatory
A Limited Partnership:
-Similar to an ordinary partnership except liabilities are limited
-Limited Partnership must be registered
