Impressed by 2 main features of AAK Hydraulic Cartridge Needle Valve, Mexican customer gave up the local manufacturer cooperated for 5 years

Melanton is from Mexico, and has cooperated with AAK for 3 years. Some time ago, the commissioning of their new paper cutter was not smooth, because of the hydraulic cartridge needle valve in the hydraulic system. After communication, it was learned that in order to catch the time, this hydraulic cartridge needle valve is customized by a local hydraulic cartridge needle valve manufacturer who has cooperated with them for 5 years in Mexico. 1. The side wall of the hydraulic cartridge needle valve body is provided with an oil inlet and an oil outlet which are connected with the inner chamber. One end of the compression spring is connected to the head of the valve spool, and the other end is connected to the plug at the end of the inner cavity.

2. The head of the valve spool is blocked between the oil inlet and the oil outlet. There is a valve rod near the oil inlet. The end of the valve rod extends into the inner cavity of the valve body and is connected to the head of the valve element. The outer end of the valve rod is connected with a hand knob. Turning the hand knob can adjust the relative position of the valve spool and the valve body, and can change the flow.

3. The contact surface between plug and valve spool is provided with a circular groove, and the valve spool can be buttressed in the groove. When the oil flows in reverse direction, the valve oil port automatically opens to reduce the liquid resistance.

The optimized AAK hydraulic cartridge needle valve, when the oil flows in reverse direction, the valve spool will open the oil port under the action of the compression spring, and the reverse direction will be immediately opened to make the liquid flow back, not only the liquid flow resistance is small, but also the flow is stable. It ensures that the paper cutter runs fast and stably.
