Offer delivery of a maize

The company “Eco Leader” LLC offers for your kind consideration the conclusion of mutually beneficial  contract for 2014 MY on the delivery of maize of Ukrainian origin, crop 2014 on the following terms:

1. Quantity: up to 50 000.00 mt.

2.Price: As of desember – 200 $/ mt

January by arrangement

3.Quality: meets the following requirements:

• Moisture - not more than 14,5 %
• Foreign grain- no more than 10 %
• Impurity - no more than 2 %
• Charged pests - not allowed

Other indicators according to DSTU 4525:2006

4.Period of delivery: Desember – January 2015.

5. Terms of delivery:  FOB Nikolaev (Incoterms 2010).

6. Acceptable terms of payment: according to the arrangement (partial advance payment, LC)

The above-mentioned terms are subject to regulation in accordance with the request of the Buyer and signed Contract.
