The soybean offer

The company offers for your kind consideration the conclusion of mutually beneficial contract for 2014 MY on the delivery of soybean of Ukrainian origin, crop 2014 on the following terms:

1. Quantity: up to 5 000.00 mt.

2.Price: As of November – 430 $/ mt

November - December by arrangement

3.Quality: meets the following requirements:

- Moisture –12% max;

- Mass fraction of protein,

on a dry matter-35% max

- Foreign matters: 3% max;

- Impurity content of the oilseed: 7% max;

- Oil content - 12% min;

Other indicators according to DSTU 4964:2008

4.Period of delivery: October – January 2015.

5. Terms of delivery: FOB ports of Ukraine (Incoterms 2010).

6. Acceptable terms of payment: according to the arrangement (partial advance payment, BG, LC)

The above-mentioned terms are subject to regulation in accordance with the request of the Buyer and signed Contract.
