Warp Tying Machine Without Lease (ST-WKM-I)

This machine is specially designed with numerical control for knotting process without lease.

Tying installations, which require a minimum of time for changing the warp should contribute to the high efficiency and low stoppage rates. ST-WKM Automatic Warp Tying Machine is suitable for the warp yarn knotting process of air-jet, water-jet and rapier looms, and is ideal for yarn counts from 6s to 100s as well as cabled yarns of same counts, rayon, and synthetic fiber of 20d to 2200d. Double-headed yarn clamp holds each warp yarn to ensure accurate knotting process of mixed yarns with different fineness. The machine adopts stepless speed control device to adjust the speed from 60-600 knots per minutes as per the yarn quality, and the automatic stop on 3 idle knotting and electronic knot counter functions to provide convenience to the knotting process.
